Description
This mod adds in several new procedural metal plants which can be harvested to produce metal powder. This powder can then be smelted into bars. By default, these plants will (somewhat) available on embark if your civ has found them, just like vanilla underground plants. By default, both divine metals and procedural metal plants are created. The procedural metal plants have a variety of randomly generated attributes such as melting point, strength, weight, etc. They will grow quickly, but all non-procedural metals grow according to value as a balancing measure. In the mod's structure, there is a file called init.lua. There you will find three booleans: one for procedural metals, one for divine metals (and a few other weird ones), and one for all vanilla metals (including alloys). You can enable/disable any of these categories by setting the boolean to true or false. I made this mod because I like the way metals work and I wanted a renewal source that doesn't require me to mine out ad nauseum. If you like it, or have any feedback, please let me know!
