Not sure what could be done to reproduce this, but Sakzul won't stop walking in circles in the food and drink stockpile. I had sent him on a raid the year beforehand and everything was fine he left with the squad but then when I tried to send him on another raid I noticed he wouldn't leave and was stuck like this.
