Game crashed without warning, i dont remember exactly how it happened the 3 times, but the latest was when clicking on "convicts".
Since it crashed, the save is not at the time the bug happened. And I may or may not have played and saved a bit more after the crashes, I don't remember. Sorry I'm not that helpful. Next time it crashes I will upload the latest save with as much details as I can.
