Pathing issues going down different ramps causing bunching of dwarves some where else stuck with "no job"


Issue
Dwarves with missing skill will try to target certain blocks on level -42. The group up in a random spot depending on which block on level -42. Removing spot to mine doesn't always reset dwarfs stuck in "no job" but eventually a new mining job some where accessible can temporarily fix it.
