I'm unable to cancel the journey agreement with this dwarf, Tobul. The conversation only goes:
"Where should I take you?"
"I have no family to speak of."
but the dialogue option to leave them here doesn't appear afterwards.
Related to this bug maybe?

I also brought a dwarf - Mörul - where she asked me to, in the fortress Savagefences where her daughter Id Vutoklegon lives.
We've been in the same room as Id for a while now, and there's no way for me to "complete" the journey agreement: if I bring it up, Mörul still says her daughter Id lives in Savagefences, and my only option is to cancel the journey agreement. Not sure if this is intended.

DF version is 51.01-beta13 (not present in the "For DF version" dropdown)
