There is a site in this world that has three dragons on it. You will want to embark on the cave called "Woodscars the Doomed Depths". It's in the bottom left corner of the map. When I embarked on it, there was one dragon on the surface and two in the caverns accessible via the megabeast cave.

It also comes with a number of high value items scattered around the area, including an artifact silver spear.
