Across the steam, starter pack, and free version of dwarf fortress, all of my saves are corrupting on me. I can play perfectly fine, I save and quit, and on the third or fourth time loading into the save, the game just crashes and the save is broken. Backups of the save will work but they will still crash on the third or fourth reload from when the save was created. I've also tried the older versions as well as clean reinstalls. There are no mods and I don't even breach the caverns before it breaks.
