Not one unit will spawn within the caverns as per the unit list. All 3 layers are revealed to the edge. I've encountered this issue at least 10 times on different worlds and have tried uninstalling and re-installing. This time I've downloaded dfhack to see if I could use any tools to glean information or fix bugs. Region-pops indicate there should be monsters in the region. Fix/retrieve-units did not correct the issue and multiplying the pop number of "Trolls" by a factor of 5 did nothing. No one besides one other post on steam discussions has encountered this issue, so it is really frustrating that I've encountered SO many times but no one is talking about it.
