Working on a megaproject fort, got stymied by this bug. Restarted a couple times, even tried DFHack's fix/dead-units script, to no luck.

Did manage to save incrementally and capture a safe save close to whatever is causing the bug.


To trigger the bug, just wait a game day or two, and then try to save. Offending unit is ready to be offloaded within two game days of this save.

Am using a mod to give more varied book titles, but hopefully that's not part of the cause this time.

File actually works with up-to-date DF, 50.07.
