I receive no contact of any kinds (no wagons, no diplomants, NO MIGRANTS) from my home civ, lots of wagons and diplomats from other civs though. On the world map, you can see there is a red box around the kobold settlement to the West of my fortress, despite the fac that the settlement is occupied by me. So I'm at war with myself!
