A fortress that shows symptoms of a bug to do with zones.

The save should load over the top of the two offending tombs. The dwarves will attempt to place the body in the tomb but will fail and retry soon after.

An easy way to tell if a tomb is affected by the bug is to click the suspect coffin and it'll have the coffin and skeleton as separate entities on the sidebar of the info page.
