Hi, for some strange reason there are multiple dwarves in my fortress situated in a deep part of my cavern standing completely still and doing nothing. They are starving and thirsty, but aren't grabbing food or drink despite access to it. They all are listed as doing no job at the moment. Here are some things I tried:

• Verifying food and drink stocks, which there is plenty. One of the stuck thirsty dwarves also has a waterskin of wine.
• Sending a squad down to them then back to the surface to check pathing (Which was successful)
• Removing all stockpiles
• Making a burrow and adding them in
• Adding some of them to a squad and moving them to a station (Unfortunately most of them are long term residents I can't put into the military)
