Description
If you load this and follow Meng Sazirilash the surgeon, he will go down into a cavern I'm walling off, build a quartzite floor, and then refuse to move because he can't find his way anywhere else.

In dfhack, gui/pathable shows that the spot he's standing to build was pathing group 34 - then, when he's stuck, he's standing in a patch of pathing group 1.

This bug has manifested several times before in this fort. It's a progressive problem - my builders will get stuck unable to path to other cells, and only able to access things they could find by walking in pathing group 1. Eventually they realize they're stuck and set off climbing towards the main fort (which appears to be why there are a bunch of drowned dwarves in the pool at the bottom of the cavern Meng is walling off.). If I save and load, the cells will be in the correct pathfinding group and the stuck dwarves will pathfind normally, but eventually the problem reappears.

While it's mostly affected areas by new floors, I did once observe it over by the clay cistern tower to the west of the main fort tower. IIRC the bug has very occasionally fixed itself (possibly only for some cells?) while the game was running.
