Like detailed on the report, the dwarf king Muthkat Silkilimush (Muthkat Hooddikes) dwarven king 1 - 74 (of 75 w.g generated years) abdictates their individual right to the throne leading it to be passed on in capacity to the queen regent after becoming obsessed in their own vanity of conquering death by seeking immortality, which is granted by a visiting human necromancer agent 33 years later, the agent is further puppeted by a dwarf necromancer in a resident tower.

No longer having a king title but having the abilities of a necromancer, they have squandered their opportunity to become a significant villian with their influence, instead joining other apprentices in waiting as a simple commoner in the tower and phantom divorce from his wife the queen who they share three children with but now never refer to each other.
