If you have StoneSense, unzip the StoneSenseDalekSprites.rar to your stonesense/creatures folder. Add daleks.xml to the bottom of index.xml to enable daleks to have sprites.

Including Cybermen! If you want to add them, just open the separate cybermen folder and extract the contents to your raws. Yes, even the little "text" folder.
