Save taken at the autopause at 2nd year caravan & liaison arrival. As shown by 'D' I have an accessible path to the east edge of the map, but the caravan has appeared from the west (in the evil weather area!) and I get a notice that the wagons have bypassed me (and running time forward, they in fact do not arrive). There is a hatch cover in my provided path, but it is forbidden. The as-yet unbuilt roads in the east have some saplings in them but they should not be blocking.
