This save uses the taffer graphics pack but is otherwise vanilla DF.

In the save, the fortress has been retired then unretired. Using the 'n' command, you can see the administrators are listed in red. But if you use 'F2' to zoom to the workshop level, you can 'q' to see that the offices are still listed as assigned to the correct dwarves.
