This save shows an instance of bug 0008631, an undead siege that has living creatures as part of it. They are not hostile to the undead creatures they entered the map with, but they are hostile to the two muskox heads that were raised by the necromancers (who have since left the map). The endless combat that results, since the muskox heads are harmless but invincible, causes a huge FPS drop, and the fortress is currently running at about 5 FPS on my machine when it was getting upwards of 50 before the siege.

There is also some fluid flow going on; press F2 and then go down 3 z-levels. I don't think it's enough to cause this much of a slowdown, though.

In progress is a project to flood the above-ground world with magma, since the invaders don't want to path into my fort. This will take roughly until the end of time due to the framerate.
