Memory layout for Dwarf Therapist v30.1 for Dwarf Fortress v0.40.23.

A helpful Urist McBombeater on Reddit pointed out this file goes in the following folder:
/Applications/DwarfTherapist.app/Contents/MacOS/share/memory_layouts/osx/

This file also includes a temporary workaround for the bug causing it to fail listing all dwarves. As a result you may find zombies appearing in your DT list. I think this is preferable to some dwarves not showing up, though. It should be fixed with the next official release of DT.
