I'm not a 100% sure anymore, its been a while since I've worked on this but I think this download was a very early showing of the Dwarf Fortress Mod Creation Kit.

The work on it has been on-hold for a long time so this file is baicaly useless right now.

It's harmless though. I think it currently only opens the window frame of the program, you can see the options and buttons and such but I don't think anything was working just yet.

Sorry about the confusions, there's a topic about this on the forum that links to here that held more information, but no work has been done there for a long time either.

Just ignore the file, its worthless at the moment.
