I'm sorry for the delay, work and nice weather have kept me away from my computer (I sound like an Elf, damn it)

To install it manually:
1. Get the Linux Release from Toady and extract it
2. Get the Phoebus Graphic Set Package from here https://dffd.bay12games.com/file.php?id=2430
3. extract the Graphic set into the DF folder
4. go to your DF folder and navigate to ./data/init/phoebus/ and copy all files to ./data/init/

This is for a fresh installation. If you extract it into an existing DF Version you have to update the raw files of your savegames and you should make a backup of your ini files.
