The readme predates the launcher, it still has some outdated lines in it.

Just select it in the launcher. Although I still recommend using the 32x version. I had problems with the 16 and 24x versions... it's easier to use 32x and simply zoom out ingame.

OK Thank you very much for clearing that up and making that recommendation.

I appreciate both your efforts in making the tileset and launcher, and your taking the time to provide noobs like myself support for it :)
As a Complete Noob to Dwarf Fortress (I've seen a few of Aavak's lets plays and wanted to start playing myself, after doing some research I sttled on your tileset, which conveniently comes set up ready for me to run,) BUT

I'm A Little Confused With The Launcher Options vs The Readme.txt Instructions in the %InstallDir% folder... Since I'm running a 1080p Monitor, How Do I Get Set Up To Run The Game With The Meph 24 Option? Do I need To;

A) Copy The Files From
Code:
%InstallDIR%/TilesetExtras/graphics/Meph 24/data/art
To
Code:
%InstallDIR%/Dwarf Fortress/data/art
and make changes to
Code:
%InstallDIR%/Dwarf Fortress/data/init/init.txt
,

OR

B) Just change the option from the drop down menu in the launcher?
