Both this and the other versions is giving the error: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. ..."
Already tryed t run as administrator, several security ownership and permissions changes. Winrar and 7-zip...

Dont know what to do to make it work.

Windows 10 64 bit. No anti-virus or firewall.

edit: Works fine on safe mode... O.o?

edit²: Made a virtual machine with windows 10 64 bit like what I have now and the pack worked... so if a format it will work... probably... trying to find a better solution.
