0009440: Wounded dwarves die of dehydration if they grab a goblet

Full disclosure here: I slightly tweaked harpies to be playable and so they could join civilizations. In this world, I managed to get a harpy bard to retire at a young fortress before really building it up. Since she hasn't got arms, the bug seems to be affecting her. I went ahead and saved centered on her, and her name is Shibbi Obingelom.
