Because someone asked.

A square tileset with bold, simple lettering. Has been described as 'damn awesome' by one person and was directly requested by another, so I've decided to make it publicly-available.

The zipped file contains two sets; one is just the basic font, while the other includes subtle shading and texturing effects.

Installation Instructions, because it seems that a lot of people don't know how this stuff works:

• In your DF folder, there should be a folder called "data" with a bunch of other folders inside, one of which is called "art" and contains a bunch of image files. Extract the image files in the zip to there.
• Also in the "data" folder is a folder called "init" with a bunch of .txt files inside it. Open init.txt. Cower in fear at the esoteric crap floating on your screen. Don't worry; it's not as scary as it looks.
• All you need to do now is change a couple of filenames. There are 4 relevant settings you'll need to change:
  • FONT
  • FULLFONT
  • GRAPHICS_FONT
  • GRAPHICS_FULLFONT
  Each of these should have a filename after it. Change them to either "frogfont_16x16.png" or "frogfontS_16x16.png" for shaded backgrounds.
• And that's all you need to do.
