Command-line tools for working with the compressed archives which store announcement/dipscript/index strings.
I call them Weird Text Files.
Release 2 (2016-03-19):
Fixed (hopefully) a weird output issue with wtf2txt.
Release 1 (2011-04-09):
Creates a WT file from a text file.
Usage: txt2wtf [-x] <filename> <output file>
If the -x flag is specified, output will be encoded like an index file.
Extracts text from a WT file.
Usage: wtf2txt [-x] <filename> [<output file>]
If the -x flag is specified, input is assumed to be encoded like an index file.
If no output file is specified, output will be sent to StdOut.
